The Iowa Civil Rights commission is committed to mitigating the spread of COVID-19. For this reason, the ICRC office in the Grimes Building on the Capitol Complex is closed to visitors. This is effective at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, and until further notice.
If you need assistance filing a complaint, you are welcome to contact us via telephone or via email If you need to file a complaint, we strongly encourage you to use our online complaint form, fax, or mail your complaint to our office. All of our contact information is listed below. If you must drop your documentation, off at our office, please telephone first, as access to the Grimes Building may be limited.
