 An Appeal was filed on June 28, 2018 by Respondents in the above-captioned case from the Proposed Decision of Administrative Law Judge Laura Lockard, dated June 12, 2018. A hearing was held on this date at 1:00 pm. Assistant Attorney General Katie Fiala appeared to represent the Iowa Civil Rights Commission. Complainant David Curry was present with his wife.

Respondents or their representative failed to appear.

The proposed decision by the Administrative Law Judge is affirmed in its entirety.
