The Iowa Civil Rights Commission is committed to mitigating the spread of COVID-19.  For this reason, the ICRC office remains locked to the general public.  This is effective at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 4, 2021, and until further notice.

If you must drop your documentation off at our offices, or would like to speak with a Civil Rights Specialist regarding a new or ongoing complaint, please knock on the door and someone will assist you.

You are also welcome to contact us via telephone or via email.  If you need to file a complaint, we strongly encourage you to use our online complaint form or mail your complaint to our offices.

If you have any questions, please contact us at 515-281-4121 or icrc@iowa.gov.
